Step away from the piece(s) you’re practicing and take time to be creative.

Substitute a shorter practice focused on exercises that correlate to elements in the piece burning you out.

Take a break physically from playing and listen to recordings of the piece you’re working on.

Take a genre break and experiment.

Take a few days away from music completely—much of the time your brain will continue to process what you’re working on and you’ll return without the same blockages.
